‘Ban’-the newly
developed trend that has suddenly come to surface, courtesy-Our very own sweet
Indian Government.Well, atleast the Government is fighting for bovine freedom,
emancipation of women, fair justice to victims, and punishment to murderers and
rapists , ain’t they?!
Anyway that can come later. In last month the
authorities have banned from documentaries to sumptuous beef. Banning of beef
in Maharashtra, the reason “gaaibhagwanhain” at least the cows saved their
lives, all gratitude to our Indian Government. Why Cow should have all the fun?
Err..Shouldn’t the first food to be banned by the BJP Government be lotus
stems?! (someone tweeted this ,I just came across, funny right?).
But then who
am I to decide, I am just a citizen of the largest democracy of India, a
country whose government is ‘for the people, by the people, of the people’.
The other day while watching one of my
favourite sitcoms in one of the English channel I was very content and
overjoyed on seeing the simple word ‘naked’ been muted. Bravo !we were
prevented from knowing a word that would scar our lives forever, hearing that
very word would bring us doom. Hence I call such things as ‘divine muting’ this
will lead us to heaven after our death, ‘our stairway to heaven’.
How can we forget
about the ban of love? Yes I am talking about the Article 377,that penalises
homosexual activities, as that is unnatural and violation to rules laid down by
our religion. To the authorities, “You all PhDs in Hinduism, did you people hear
about the “trityaPrakriti” ? Hindu mythology has ample examples of deities
changing genders at different times or combining to form androgynous or
hermaphroditic beings, a great example of homosexuality in Hindu scriptures can
be seen when Lord Vishnu takes the form of the enchantress Mohini, inorder to
trick the demons into giving up the “amrita”.
Later Lord Shiva gets attracted
to Mohini and they have a relationship that results in the birth of a son.” So
there my friends is a glorious example of a man changing his sex a.k.a
transgender, then having a relationship with another man a.k.ahomosexuality.So
dig deep Government before making any statement.
‘Right to
information’ a façade that had been once included in the constitution of India
is too at stake at the hands of our democratic Government. The BBC documentary
on Nirbhaya was banned for television telecast as that would agitate people.
Such heinous crimes are being backed up by lawyers and their statements on rape
makes me put a trigger inside my mouth and shoot myself inside out. Rather than
giving fair justice to India’s daughter our vegetable Government chose to ban
stuff cause they are peace lovers, social agitations for good cause or justice
is itself a crime.
A very big crime !
Irony of the
situation ,when you can piss in public but dare not kiss, my friends ! Once
again this harms and violates the tradition and culture of our country.if only
the guardians of Indian culture could stop the mass from breeding like rabbits
in their houses, tell them about contraceptions.Butwait, sex education? Isn’t
that banned too??
Bollywood why
shall you be spared?! NO !use of curse words in bollywood banned too.No more
giggles and fun dialogues cause that detoriates the dignity of our nation.
String of curse words big NO NO ! Our Government want us to be as holy as
“Gangajal”.
All these gets me
thinking lately what else could be banned?! May be eating, talking...uhh..How
about breathing??
